Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Genifi Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Genifi", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit genifi.io (the "Site"), submit a form on it, or book a call with us. It applies to the Site only. Personal data processed when we deliver payment services to a customer is covered by that customer's agreement with Genifi.

2. What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the form data for marketing email unless you separately opt in.

3. Where the data goes

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Where that is the case we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

Form submissions and related correspondence are kept for as long as we are in an active conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer, in which case the customer agreement applies. Consent choices from the cookie banner are kept for 12 months. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site sets no analytics or advertising cookies until you choose to allow them. The banner you see on your first visit offers Accept all, Reject all and Manage with equal prominence; rejecting is as easy as accepting. Your choice is stored in a single first-party cookie and in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time via or the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer.

We honour the browser Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, advertising cookies stay off regardless of your banner choice. We use Google Consent Mode, which means Google tags load in a consent-aware mode and no advertising or analytics identifiers are stored until you allow them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it).

European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR): you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Singapore (PDPA): you may contact us to access or correct your data or to withdraw consent. California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states: you have the right to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data; we do not sell personal data, and you can opt out of advertising cookies ("sharing") through the cookie banner or Global Privacy Control. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

To exercise a right, email sales@genifi.io with "Privacy request" in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Form data is transmitted directly to HubSpot over TLS; Genifi's website servers do not store it. Access to our HubSpot and Google accounts is limited to Genifi staff who need it.

8. Children

The Site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email where we can.
