Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at genifi.io and any content, pages and forms on it (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Genifi Inc., a corporation organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States ("Genifi", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes Genifi's payment infrastructure products. Access to those products, the Genifi API, sandbox and dashboard is governed by a separate written agreement between Genifi and its customer, not by these Terms. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide regulated financial services in any jurisdiction.

2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it; use automated means to scrape or copy the Site other than as permitted for search and answer engines by our robots.txt; introduce malicious code; or use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
3. Information on the Site is not advice
The Site is provided for general information about Genifi and its products. Corridor examples, settlement times, costs and prices shown on the Site are indicative and illustrative. They depend on the corridor, currency pair, liquidity, volume, compliance requirements and the terms of your agreement with Genifi, and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
4. Booking requests and forms
When you submit a form on the Site (for example to book a walkthrough or request API access), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your organisation. Submitting a form does not create a contract for Genifi's services. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
The Site and all of its content — text, graphics, logos, images, video, page design and code — are owned by or licensed to Genifi and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
Genifi, the Genifi "G" mark and the Genifi logo are trademarks of Genifi Inc. Other names and logos that appear on the Site — including USDC, EURC, USDT, PYUSD, USDG, RLUSD and the names of banks, issuers and networks — are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, Genifi.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as a calendar booking tool and our customer-relationship platform. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genifi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genifi and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you access the Site from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Singapore or elsewhere, you may have mandatory consumer or data-protection rights under local law that these Terms do not affect.
